岗位职责/Duties：
1.负责电商物流日常结算工作，包括价目表配置、计费、结算支付等，确保准确、及时、合规
2.参与系统新功能线上测试，总结并提出系统优化需求，持续提升线上结算率
3.负责结算系统操作手册编写与新功能上线培训，并解答结算系统用户的疑问并进行系统使用指导;
4.跟进技术团队解决结算系统线上问题，保障系统正常运营；
5.向结算系统用户收集优化需求并整理需求输出产品需求文档，持续提升结算线上化率；
1.Responsible for the daily settlement work of e-commerce logistics, including rate card configuration, billing, settlement and payment, etc., to ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance
2.Participate in the online testing of new system functions, summarize and propose system optimization requirements, and continue to improve the online settlement rate
3.Responsible for writing the SOP for the settlement system and providing training on the launch of new features, answering questions from settlement system users and providing guidance on system usage.
4.Follow up with the R&D team to resolve online issues with the settlement system and ensure its normal operation.
5.Collect system optimization requirements from settlement system users and output product requirement documents, continue to improve the online rate.
任职要求/Requirements：
61Bachelor's degree or higher in finance or accounting
613-5 years of system operation or settlement related experience in logistics
61Interested in systems and possessing product thinking skills
61Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for collaboration
61Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with preference for candidates with data analysis skills
61Can speak/write/read/listen English and Chinese
61大学本科及以上，优先财务/会计相关专业；
613-5年系统运营经验或物流行业结算相关经验；
61对数字敏感、细致认真、有耐心、有较强的责任感，工作积极主动；
61良好的人际关系和沟通能力，能承受一定的工作压力，有团队协作精神 ；
61熟练使用办公软件如excel、PPT，有专业数据分析工具使用技能者优先；
61会听、说、读、写英文和中文；
