Job description 1. Technical solutions support Collect project information, complete technical solutions according to sales requirements, and cooperate with sales to make related explanation and solution promotion; 2. Technical comunication Create demand with designers, consultants, developers and owners to ensure that Armacell products/solutions are being specified to designs or drawings; 3. Project information management Manage project information and follow up the top 20 projects, and create job references/Case studies for them, and share them with the sales team; 4. Technical support Provide technical support to the Energy and Industrial sales teams, and provide assistance or support to other sales teams as required (e.g., consulting and Baixa project support); 5. New channels and markets support Use the team's effective technical solutions to cooperate with the sales team to develop and promote new channels and new markets; 6. Development of calculation tools Provide and develop new calculaiton tools to increase efficiency and create technological advantages for sales teams; 7. Product and database management Develop and update test reports and certificates regularly, maintain product and technical data database; update and report market and competitor information regularly; 8. Training and report According to the sales demand and sales skill level, provide training with the corresponding modules of professional skills to sales team; manage and report of sales activities and data updated.
Job Specifications 1. Bachelor or Master degree. Minimum 1 year working experience in Sales and Marketing function of HVAC or Insulation business or related industrial business. 2. Experience in market development, market strategy planning, new product application development and technical support. 3. Teamwork, positive and optimistic, and certain organizational skills, have strong interpersonal communication and interpersonal relationship building skills, good at listening and communication and negotiation skills; 4. Solid planning/organization skill; Strong inter-personal and relationship building skill; A good listener and communicator Negotiation skill. 5. Chinese, English. Strong mindset, integrity with good capacity to learn and able to travel.
