职位描述
Key Responsibility:

1.开展内、外部审核，确保公司运行活动与局方规章、OEM技术文件、公司政策以及客户要求的符合性；
Conduct internal and external audits to assure the company operations keeping compliance with authority regulations, OEM technical data, company policies and customer requirements.

2.开展供应商调查评估，如航材供应商、外委承修商、拆解单位和工具计量供应商。
Perform supplier evaluation, such as aircraft parts supplier, contracted/subcontracted maintenance organization, aircraft/engine disassembly organization, tool calibration provider, etc.

3.识别和获取维修产品和过程适用AD，并安排授权人员评估落实。
Identify and obtain the AD’s applicable to company maintenance products and process, arrange authorized personnel for evaluation and implementation.

4.对内外部审核发现的不符合项开展根本原因分析、制定整改措施并跟踪落实直至不符合项关闭。
Conduct root cause analysis and develop & follow up corrective actions for audit findings issued during external and internal audit.

5.编写和维护民用航空器维修质量安全管理体系，如编写和维护质量手册/程序，开展安全管理活动，编写质量调查报告。
Establish and maintain the civil aircraft maintenance quality and safety management system, such as develop and control quality manuals/procedures, carry out safety management activities, preparing quality investigation reports.

6.各类人员培训和授权管理，包括制定培训计划、控制培训有效性、开展人员上岗评估和控制岗位授权有效性。
Manage personnel training and authorization, including developing training plan, personnel training control.

7.开展车间例行巡查，发现和纠正维修人员的不遵章守则行为。
Carry out regular inspections at workshops, identify and rectify maintenance personnel’s improper behaviors.

8.指导和协助质量检验人员开展部件适航性检验。
Coach and support quality inspectors on parts airworthiness inspection.

9.管理计量工具，如计量工具有效期监控、工具送检和校验评估、计量工具超差评估，等。
IMTE management, including monitoring IMTE expiry date, sending IMTE for calibration, evaluation calibration result and IMTE out of tolerance evaluation, etc.

10.协助建立公司EHS管理体系、EHS目标、指标和年度EHS工作计划并监督实施。
Assist to establish and monitor company EHS management system, EHS objectives, KPI’s, and annual EHS working plan.

11.其他上级领导安排的工作。
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


人员资质要求
Qualification:

1.理工科院校大专及以上学历，民航、机械或电子相关专业。
Hold colleague degree or above in science and engineering university with majority in civil aviation, mechanical or avionics.

2.至少拥有3年在民航维修单位的质量管理、质量控制或质量检验工作经历，有发动机维修单位工作经历的人员优先。
Hold minimum of 3 years’ relevant aviation QA/QC/QI working experiences in civil aircraft maintenance organizations, candidates with aircraft engine MRO working experiences are preferred.

3.熟悉FAA/CAAC/EASA维修规章和AS9110质量管理体系。
Understand of FAA/CAAC/EASA maintenance regulations, and AS9110 QMS.

4.熟悉ISO14001和ISO45001管理体系（有EHS相关岗位工作经历优先）。
5.Understand of ISO14001 and ISO45001 management system (with working experiences on EHS related jobs is preferred)

6.持有有效的CCAR-66部维修人员执照，执照英语等级3级或以上优先。
Hold valid CCAR-66 Maintenance Personnel License, technical English level 3 or above is preferred.

7.持有ISO9001或AS9110质量体系或其他可接受的内审员证书。
Hold valid ISO 9001 or AS 9110 QMS or other acceptable Internal Auditor Certificate.

8.有基本的电脑操作技能，能熟练使用办公软件。
Have basic computer skills, proficient in OFFICE software.

9.有良好沟通和组织能力。
Have good communication and organizational skills.

10.优秀的判断力，主动性和决策能力，具有分析性思维。
Excellent judgment, initiative, and decision making, analytical thinking.

11.良好的英语读写能力，并能理解英文技术文件。
Good English speaking and writing skills, be able to understand English technical data.
