Summary:
Coordinate product development (PD) team on product related reports and manual works, track cross BUs and consolidate the reports by brand. Data maintenance and constant reporting on required PD Metrics.
Maintain product related Systems. Communicate proactively to get product information as needed, ensure accurate and on-time completion of system key-in. Support PD team on process maintenance. Conduct documentation update based on instructions. Execute other product related tasks assigned by the manager.

Responsibilities:
1. Take charge of cross BU PD reports. Gather and organize data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Promote effective collaboration during data collecting. Maintain reports including but not limit to:
1) Development Task
2) Material Tracking List
3) Mold Tracking Report
4) New Pattern Turnaround Tracking
5) Digital File Upload Tracking Report
6) Sample/ Potential Delay Tracking Report
7) Other reports assigned by manager
2. Being organized and constant analyze required KPI’s based on instructions. Support manager to improve the report accuracy & efficiency and reduce manual/ duplicate paperwork. Ensure the right understanding of report & metrics definitions.
3. Responsible for product information key in and document uploading to System, including but not limit to:
1) Ready-To-Buy Milestones
2) Sample Product Measurement
3) SPEC Change/Product Override
4) Others
4. Taking the role as a super user of product related Systems (FlexPLM, MFG, Oracle...), coordinate and provide training to PD team.

Qualifications:
1. 1- 3 years’ relevant working experience
2. Basic knowledge of footwear manufacturing is a plus
3. Work carefully and attention to details
4. Excellent office software skills (Project, PPT, Excel, Visio ...)
5. Good written and verbal communication in English
6. Multi-tasks management and results oriented
7. Good sense of data analysis is a plus
