领导和管理从接收客户需求到批量生产的新产品导入（NPI）流程，并在产品的整个生命周期内担任主要技术权威；
NPI 流程包括：产品设计评审、RFQ、制造分析设计、风险分析、制造过程策略、工具和模具设计和制造、BOM 和制造图纸和试运行；
执行项目计划并监控项目，定期更新状态，采取措施确保项目始终如期进行；
审查设计和流程，制定***解决方案，确保项目达到目标成本和质量预期；
产品调试、根本原因分析、问题排查和纠正措施的现场支持；
协助和支持技术和商务问题，与客户沟通；
在产品生命周期从概念到生命终结的各个阶段，领导和管理特定产品的开发；
资格要求:
1. 机械工程或相关专业本科学历，5-10年制造经验；
2. 具有动手操作的机械能力；
3. 有钣金、管材、注塑制品NPI经验；
4. 至少 3 年的项目经理管理经验;
5、有ERP和3D绘图经验；
6. 能够承担责任和压力，按时间节点完成;
7. 能够独立完成任务并展示出创新解决方案的思考能力；
8. 良好的中英文书面及口头沟通能力
Job Description
1.Lead & manage New Product Introduction (NPI) process from receiving the customer requirements until mass production and serve as the main technical authority throughout the lifetime of the products;
2.NPI Process Include: Product Design Review, RFQ, Design for Manufacturing Analysis, Risk Analysis, Manufacturing Process Strategy, Tool & Die Design and Manufacturing, BOM & Fabrication Drawings and Pilot Run;
3.Carry out project plan and monitor the project with regular status updated, take actions to ensure project is always on the schedule;
4.Review design and process, to work out the best solution to ensure project meets the target cost and quality expectation;
5. On-site support on product debug, root-cause analysis, problem troubleshooting and corrective actions;
6. Assist and support technical and commercial issue and communicate with customers;
7.Leads and manages the development of specific products through the various stages of the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life;
Qualifications
1. Bachelor in mechanical engineering or related field with 5 to 10 years experiences in manufacturing;
2. Demonstrated hands-on mechanical ability;
3. Experience in NPI with products made of sheet metal, pipe and tube and plastic injection;
4. At least 3 years in Project Manager role with proven skill in managing cooperative working relationships;
5. Experiences with ERP and 3D Drawings;
6. Ability to handle responsibility and pressure of meeting deadlines.
7.Able to work independently on difficult assignments and demonstrate ability to think of innovative manufacturing solutions;
8. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
