MISSION
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sourcer to join our team, specializing in decorating products for Christmas and parties etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, trade, and business operations, with the ability to manage supplier relationships and deliver high-quality products.

RESPONSIBILITIES
61 Selecting products from supplier showrooms.
61 Collaborating with suppliers to develop new products.
61 Propose new products (especially for Christmas and party products) and pricing opportunities to the European team.
61 Maintain and update the supplier database.
61 Identify and evaluate the best suppliers in the market.

REQUIREMENTS
61 Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
61 3-4 years of relevant work experience in procurement, sourcing, or a similar role.
61 Strong communication and negotiation skills.
61 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
61 Experience in the Christmas/party product industry is a plus.
