The Job Responsibilities: 1、Order handling, general follow up on orders and samples 2、Arranging samples, negotiation on terms and prices 3、Developing sales samples on already existing customers 4、Customer service and communication with factories 5、Ensure follow up and fast response on requests from Clients in relevant markets 6、Continuously improve the quality of communication with the clients 7、Work independently and report the progress situation to the team leader The Requirements: 1、College graduate or above majoring merchandising or relevant background. 2、Fluency in spoken and written English. 3、More than 3 years working experience of handbag merchandising. 4、Good communication skills between customers and factories. 5、Familiar with different kinds of bags. 6、Good sense of responsibility, good teamwork spirit. 7、Experience in multinational corporations is definitely an advantage.. 职责内容: 1、主要负责广州公司从手袋下单到出货的跟单工作; 2、加强与工厂的沟通,了解排期,随时掌握订单运作情况,协助解决客人提出的问题;及与QC解决手袋生产过程中的问题; 3、能够有效预估和解决突发情况,不断致力于提高客户满意度。 任职要求: 1、大专以上学历,熟练的英语口语应用能力; 2、3-5年以上手袋跟单操作经验; 3、熟知手袋跟单流程以及生产工艺流程,能够在客人与工厂间作很好的沟通; 4、较强的沟通能力与人际关系处理能力,适应能力强,责任心强,并能承受较大工作压力; 5、个性温和,吃苦耐劳,有与外籍人士共事的经历者佳 。
