Undergraduate degree holder, preferably with major in IT or business-related disciplines.

5-7 years solid experience in testing/ automation QA /test management rolese

Effective communication and project management skills

Excellent in both written and spoken Japanese and Englishe

Ability to meet deadlines and perform under time pressure.

Work experience in Life Insurance industry is a plus

Experience working across globally distributed development and test teams a plus

Purpose:

The Test Manager works closely with testing automation delivery teams, Groupand JP BU, promote CTC testing automation service and TAP to support JP systemsand application to delivery fast and quality assurance.

Work within JP BU Project Delivery team and support both manual andautomation test activities and deliveriese
13
Lead a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes andmotivatione
13
Plan and execute activities in relation to SDLC test preparation scriptingexecution and reporting
13
Communicate to project stakeholders on the implement status andimprovements on client journey, reporting Test Status, defects, risks and issue resolutione
13
Maintain a good relationship with BU Project delivery team and businessstakeholders
13
Provides regular communication and training to the team in respect to standards and processes
13
Be a problem solver while actively manage the relation with our stakeholders
