Job Responsibility: - Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Global Accounts Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers. Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. - Business Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities within the assigned or new accounts to achieve growth targets for DP Service Division. Collaborate with local sales teams and DP Service Division to develop and present innovative solutions aligned with client needs. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Ensure DEKRA is referenced for the right services within the Purchasing department files and that all tenders issued by the customer are received in DEKRA areas of competence - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to expand our footprint Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks. - Communication and Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders on account status, opportunities, and challenges. Communicate effectively across Regions and Service Divisions to ensure alignment on client objectives and deliverables.
Requirements; Experience - More than 10 years experience in sales and at least 5 years in Global Account sales and management - Experience of “hunting sales” for product testing services - Experience in specific customer segments - Experience in service and solution selling - Experience of matrix structured international organisations is an advantage - Current / previous international exposure and relationship with major international companies
