Job Title: Sales Supervisor - South China

办公地点:深圳或广州-接受周边区域远程办公
薪资:16500/月+销售奖励
三年以上经销商、现代贸易、批发商销售管理经验
有进口食品工作经验者优先

Main Responsibilities:
Key Regional Retailer Management
●Regular visit of key regional retailers in the assigned area, establish good business relations with them, and further develop the sales of STORCK brands.
●Achieve distribution and display targets for identified retail customers according to Storck's standards.
●Implement Storck brands' in-store promotional activities according to Storck's standards.
●Expand business range and establish new customers cooperation.

Sub-Distributor Management
●Achieve assigned area's sales, coverage, and distribution targets.
●Develop and regularly visit sub-distributors and wholesale customers in target regions.
●Monitor key sub-distributors' inventory to ensure healthy inventory and avoid out-of-stock inventory.
●Drive key sub-distributors to continuously improve distribution and display standards according to Storck's requirements.
●Develop promotional activity calendar, organize and coordinate key sub-distributors to implement STORCK brands' promotional activities according to Storck's requirements.
●Work with key sub-distributors to break down monthly sales projection by customer for sales tracking.

1st Tier Distributor Management
●Assist Regional Sales Manager in ensuring that distributors submit forecasts, orders and make payments on time.
●Assist Regional Sales Manager in ensuring that distributors submit monthly reports on time.
●Assist Regional Sales Manager in ensuring timely stock transfer between distributors and sub-distributors.
●Assist Regional Sales Manager to manage and resolve potential importation and delivery issues.

Market Surveillance
●Provide timely feedback on all kinds of market information, including information on the retail landscape, competitive products, distributors, and customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
●Bachelor's degree or above
●At least 3 years of sales experience in distributor, modern trade and wholesaler management, with imported food work experience preferred.
●Good communication, data analysis and negotiation skills
●Good computer skills, proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
●Familiar with major consumer retail market in South China, good ability in customer development and management and building customer relationship.
●Positive and highly motivated, able to integrate into the team quickly.

●按照Storck的标准,确保Storck品牌在店内的执行稳步提升。
●扩大业务范围,建立新客户合作关系。
分经销商管理

●实现区域内的销售及分销覆盖目标达成。
●拓展并定期拜访区域内的二级分销商和批发客户。
●定期检查重点分销商的库存,确保库存健康并避免缺货。
●推动重点分销商根据 Storck 的要求不断提升店内分销和陈列标准。
●根据Storck的要求,制定促销活动日历,组织协调重点分经销商实施STORCK品牌的促销活动。
●与重点分销商合作,分解月度销售目标,并进行销售目标追踪。
经销商管理

●协助区域销售经理确保经销商按时提交预测、订单和付款。
●协助区域销售经理确保经销商按时提交月度报告。
●协助区域销售经理确保经销商和二级分销商,批发商之间的订单问题处理。
●协助区域销售经理管理和解决潜在的进口和交付问题。
市场监督

●及时反馈区域内各种市场信息,包括零售格局、竞品、分销商等信息。
技能和资格:
●本科或以上学历
●至少 3 年以上的经销商、现代通路和批发商管理销售经验,有进口食品工作经验者优先
●良好的沟通、数据分析及谈判能力
●熟练操作微软办公软件,精通Word、Excel和PowerPoint
●熟悉华南区域消费零售市场,具有客户开发和管理以及建立客户关系的公认能力
●积极主动,较强的团队合作精神
