Business Assistant for Overseas Business Department
（Base Guangzhou/Hong Kong）
Responsibilities:
1.Assist the General Manager of the Overseas Business Department in tracking the progress of high-throughput sequencing projects, regularly compiling statistics, analyzing, and reporting on project milestones.
2.Reasonably prioritize tasks and manage project timelines to ensure projects are completed within designated cycles.
3.Review various reports and ensure accurate and timely issuance of task orders.
4.Promptly communicate with the laboratory, information department, and clients regarding project issues, ultimately coordinating and resolving them.
5.Optimize processes during project operations to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
6.Handle other tasks assigned by leadership.
Requirements:
1.Master's degree or higher in Biology, Genetics, Genetic Breeding, Molecular Biology, or related fields.
2.Over one year of experience in a similar role within overseas projects.
3.Familiarity with commonly used molecular biology experimental techniques and a good understanding of the technical principles and common methods of high-throughput sequencing.
4.Excellent English listening, reading, writing skills, along with strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
5.Possess a strong sense of responsibility and career ambition, with rigorous and meticulous work habits, and a proactive attitude.
