岗位职责：
1. 根据公司及部门策略开展销售工作，制订并实施销售计划，完成销售指标。
2. 负责与客户之间的商务谈判，建立良好的客户系，根据客户的需求提供适合的产品解决方案。
3. 协调内外部资源，解决销售实施过程中的问题，提高客户满意度。
4. 负责市场开发，协调工厂内部各部门运作。
5. 销售情况的及时汇总、汇报并提出合理建议。
6. 上级临时安排的其他工作任务。
岗位要求：
1.从事食品包装/汽车/消费类电子等工作有四年以上经验或者有食品包装/汽车/消费类电子等行业资源，大学本科学历（蒸煮袋包装行业和易撕膜包装行业学历可以放宽到大专），了解市场现状，了解客户需求。
2.具备基本的英语书面和简单的口头表达能力。
3.头脑灵活，现场应变能力强，能够到现场利用现场条件解决问题；
4.工作态度良好，热情，积极主动，能及时为客户服务，不计较个人得失，有奉献精神；
5.能承受较大的工作压力并能适应经常性出差。
Job responsibilities:
1. Carry out sales work according to company and department strategy, formulate and implement sales plan, and complete sales target.
2. Set up a good business relationship with customers.
3. Coordinate internal and external resources, solve problems in the process of sales implementation, and improve customer satisfaction.
4. Be responsible for market development and coordinate the operation of various departments in the factory.
5. Timely summarize and report the sales situation and put forward reasonable suggestions.
6. Other work tasks temporarily arranged by superiors.
Job requirements;
1. Engaged in food packaging / automobile / Consumer electronics work for more than four years or have food packaging / automobile / Consumer electronics industry resources, bachelor degree (cooking bag packaging industry and tear film packaging industry education can be extended to junior college), understand the market situation and understand customer demand.
2. Have basic English writing and simple oral expression ability.
3. Flexible mind, strong adaptability on site, able to solve problems on site by using site conditions;
4. Good working attitude, enthusiasm, initiative, able to serve customers in time, regardless of personal gains and losses, with dedication spirit;
5. Be able to work under pressure and travel frequently.
