Job Description:
As we expand into new markets, we are seeking a highly experienced senior-level logistics and supply chain expert to manage and enhance our international logistics network across China (multiple locations), the UK, and Europe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse storage, B2B and B2C shipping, full container load (FCL) loose cargo load (LCL) shipments, e-commerce logistics, and dropshipping.

This role requires a strong leader who can develop efficient and cost-effective logistics strategies, ensure seamless supply chain operations, Your role will be critical in ensuring the success of Karrex and its brands, including Retro Musique, Music Bank, Vinyl Buddy, and I Love Vinyl.

Key Responsibilities:
> Warehouse & Inventory Management:
- Oversee storage facilities in China (multiple locations), the UK, and Europe.
- Ensure optimal stock levels and effective inventory control.
- Develop and implement warehouse optimization strategies.
> Global Logistics & Freight Management:
- Manage FCL & LCL shipments to various global destinations.
- Coordinate and negotiate with freight forwarders and shipping companies.
- Ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods.
> B2B & B2C Order Fulfilment:
- Manage shipping processes for B2B customers and ensure smooth transactions.
- Oversee e-commerce logistics and dropshipping operations, optimizing speed and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Process Improvement & Cost Optimization:
- Analyze logistics operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement new processes and technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Reduce logistics costs while maintaining high service levels.
> Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance) to support business operations.
- Collaborate with external logistics partners and vendors.
- Monitor and report on logistics performance and key metrics.

Requirements:
> Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management for international trade.
- Strong background in global logistics, warehouse management, and freight forwarding.
- Experience with e-commerce logistics and dropshipping.
> Language Skills:
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Proficiency in another European language or Japanese is a strong advantage.
> Technical & Soft Skills:
- Deep understanding of international shipping, customs, and trade compliance.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize supply chain costs.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
