岗位职责：
1. 负责落实部门各项安全生产制度，开展经常性安全检查，识别事故隐患点并能及时组织改善。
2. 负责组织生产部相关人员定期总结生产情况，及时作出分析及改善措施，以持续改进。
3. 控制每个订单的生产工艺和进度，确保生产任务按照按量完成。
4. 从人、机、料、法、环等方面积极寻找改进的机会。
5. 各项操作规程的持续更新，以满足生产要求。
6. 合理调配生产现场人员，确保生产进度。
7. 协助对生产成本的有效控制。
8. 负责对生产报表的统计、分析，按时上报准确的生产数据。
9. 有计划、定期主导部门各级员工的培训工作；
10. 上级临时安排的其他工作任务。
岗位要求：
1.　大专以上学历；
2.　5年以上制造、生产相关经验，其中至少3年管理经验；
3.　具备简单的英语会话读写能力；
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the implementation of the Department's safety production system, carry out regular safety inspection, identify potential accident points and organize timely improvement.
2. Responsible for organizing relevant personnel of the production department to summarize the production situation regularly, and make analysis and improvement measures in time for continuous improvement.
3. Control the production process and progress of each order to ensure that the production task is completed on time.
4. Actively look for improvement opportunities from the aspects of human, machine, material, method and environment.
5. Continuously update the operation procedures to meet the production requirements.
6. Reasonable deployment of production site personnel to ensure production progress.
7. Assist to control production cost effectively.
8. Responsible for the statistics and analysis of production reports, and report accurate production data on time.
9. Lead the training work of staff at all levels in a planned and regular manner.
10. Other work tasks temporarily arranged by superiors
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. 5 years’ experience in production or manufacture, at least 3 years’ management experience;
3. Basic skills in spoken and written English;
