DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 85 Provide the technical support to internal colleague: a) Update the new and upcoming test method and regulation, b) Alignment test practice, c) Set up client testing program, d) Identify new technical updates etc. 85 Provide the technical support to clients / vendors: a) Communicating with clients to understand their needs and develop solution to assist them to meet their goals, b) Make the technical case investigation and provide solution, c) Support customer service / sales & marketing colleague deal with client inquiries and complaints and also give recommendation to clients. d) Provide technical expertise to customer in early phase of blade test requests and technical service requests etc 85 Prepare the seminar material and present the public or client/vendor seminar. 85 handle the lab accreditation program and conduct one site audit on south china. 85 Provide the technical training to internal staff or client. 85 Communicating with Global process team, and manage location lab capacity, correlation and develop new test as necessary. 85 Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by Technical manager REQUIREMENTS 85 Bachelor or equivalent, preferably in Textile Science 85 Minimum of Five (5) years of experience in textile testing, familiar with AATCC,ASTM,ISO,GB etc testing standard. 85 Demonstrated experience in dealing directly with customers. 85 Must be a high-energy efficient worker requiring little or no supervision. 85 Ability to work independently and handle confidential information. 85 Effective oral and written communications skills in Chinese and English 85 Proficiency in Word and Excel tools, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes.
