- Be responsible for both China mainland & Hong Kong market. - Together with Brand Manager and the winery , to continuously growing share of mind & market of the brand parallelly for the Classic and Prestige portfolio line. - To work closely with sales team to develop new clients, manage current customers and drive sales to achieve agreed KPIs. - To organize & conduct brand trainings, tasting & dinners upon agreed requests by Brand Manager or sales team. - Together with Brand Manager, to develop Brand Plan (annual) and business review (fixed frequency as agreed) with the winery , work with Brand Manager on the channel activation and promotion planning and execution to achieve agreed KPIs. - To work with the winery closely on managing updated brand library , follow brand guideline & convey right image to the market. - To manage winery market visiting schedule to China.
