We are looking for a Fashion Design Assistant to support our design team in material sourcing, sample development, and market research. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about fashion trends.

岗位职责 (Responsibilities)：
1. 面辅料采购与管理 (Material Sourcing & Management)
根据设计和成本要求，从中大市场采购并筛选面辅料。
确保所有材料符合质量和生产标准。
组织并维护面辅料库，方便查询和使用。
Source and select fabrics & trims from Zhongda market based on design and cost requirements.
Ensure all materials meet quality and production standards.
Organize and maintain material libraries for easy reference.
2. 设计与样衣开发 (Design & Sample Development)
协助绘制设计草图、技术图，并制作设计提案。
准备设计相关文件和样板辅料。
跟进版师和工厂，确保样衣按时完成。
参与试衣会和样衣审核，整理修改意见。
归档开发资料，确保信息完整可追溯。
Assist in creating sketches, technical drawings, and design presentations.
Prepare design-related documents and sample accessories.
Follow up with pattern makers and factories to track sample progress.
Participate in fitting sessions and sample approvals.
Maintain and archive development records.
3. 市场调研与趋势分析 (Market Research & Trend Analysis)
进行时尚趋势研究，并制作灵感与趋势分析报告。
走访批发市场，收集最新款式与市场信息。
提供市场调研报告，帮助团队掌握流行趋势和新型面辅料。
Conduct fashion trend research and create mood boards.
Visit wholesale markets to gather style inspiration and market insights.
Provide reports on emerging trends and material innovations.
4. 日常支持 (General Support)
协助整理样衣间及展厅陈列。
支持团队完成日常任务和项目协调。
Assist in organizing sample rooms and showroom displays.
Support the team in daily tasks and project coordination.
任职要求 (Requirements)：
学历 (Education)： 服装设计、纺织工程或相关专业，大专及以上学历。
Diploma or above in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or related fields.
经验 (Experience)： 6 个月及以上相关经验者优先。
6+ months in a similar role is a plus.
技能 (Skills)：熟悉中大面辅料市场。
熟练掌握 Adobe Illustrator、Photoshop 和 WPS。
具备基础英语沟通能力（CET-4/6 优先）。
能够在快节奏的环境中同时处理多项任务并按时完成工作。

Strong knowledge of Zhongda fabric market.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and WPS.
Basic English communication (CET-4/6 preferred).
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
