Garment Merchandiser (Full-time, Monday to Friday) – Haizhu, Guangzhou

We are a dynamic and growing company specializing in garment production and export, serving customers primarily from the European market. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Garment Merchandiser to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within our company while working closely with international clients on a daily basis.
岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities:
采购与开发： 采购面料、辅料及色样（Lab Dip），确保大货面料质量符合买方标准并获得批准。
Sourcing & Development: Source fabrics, trims, and lab dips, ensuring bulk fabric quality meets buyer standards for approval.
成本与报价： 收集样品开发的价格信息，识别降本机会，同时确保产品质量。
Cost & Pricing: Collect general pricing for sample development and identify cost-reduction opportunities while maintaining product quality.
样品管理： 与供应商紧密合作，按照买方要求开发样品，并跟进样品确认。
Sample Management: Work closely with suppliers to develop samples according to buyer requirements and oversee sample approval.
订单协调： 订单确认后，在采购经理和总经理批准最终价格后，向供应商下单。
Order Coordination: Prepare and confirm orders with suppliers after the final price is approved by the Purchasing Manager and General Manager.
客户沟通： 每天与欧洲客户直接沟通，确保订单顺利执行，并积极解决任何问题。
Client Communication: Communicate directly with European buyers on a daily basis, ensuring smooth execution of orders and addressing any issues proactively.
质量与合规： 跟进有质量问题的款式，与供应商沟通解决方案，并确保在买家批准后出货。
Quality & Compliance: Monitor styles with QC concerns, collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues, and ensure buyer approval before shipping.
出货与文件管理： 负责条码获取，更新订单记录，确保所有出货文件（PO、商业发票等）准确并获得批准。
Shipment & Documentation: Coordinate barcodes and update order records, ensuring all shipping documentation (POs, commercial invoices, etc.) is accurate and approved.
订单跟进： 维护和更新订单时间表，确保按时交货并达到质量标准。
Order Tracking: Maintain and update order timelines, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
岗位要求：
Job Requirements:
工作经验： 至少3-5年服装跟单经验，曾在买手公司或贸易公司负责欧洲市场业务。
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in garment merchandising within a buying or trading office, specifically handling the European market.
语言能力： 良好的英语书面及口语能力是必需的，该职位每天需与国际客户沟通。
Language Skills: Strong written and spoken English is a must, as this role involves daily communication with international clients.
技术能力： 熟练使用Microsoft Office（Word、Excel等）。
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is essential.
行业知识： 有服装生产或工厂背景者优先考虑。
Industry Knowledge: A background in garment manufacturing or factories is preferred.
工作态度： 能够在高压及快节奏环境下工作。
Work Ethic: Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
