Job Responsibilities: To lead and coordinate activities cross functional (e.g., technical departments, customer service, business development). To represent SKF as a company of intelligence and green by presenting one solution combining all SKF value proposition. To contribute to the development of the business plan, and land it. To be responsible for achieving profitable growth, pricing and cost development and contribute to scorecard targets (operational and strategic). To lead negotiations for local contracts and/or local programs and prepare commercial offers. To be responsible for acting on good quality of the order book and timely payments together with customer service and other relevant stakeholders. To lead partner capability transition To lead NMO local development To develop new business in rising segments To lead customer coverage improvement. To follow management instructions and procedures. to report Environment Health and Safety (EHS) risks and EHS related incidents. to follow quality specifications and requirements and identify quality risks and opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements: Degree in mechanical engineering or commercial degree Well versed in sales and commercial practices Good planning, coordination, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, good commercial logics Distributor/Partner engagement skills Is a hunter, strong desire to develop new business/customers. Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin Positive can-do attitude and willing to drive internal resources. Comfortable to operate under a flat organization. Quick learner/ external focus Minimum 1.5-year industrial sales experience Experiences with industrial segments (metal, mining, heavy industry, drives, power etc.) will be a plus.
