Position Purpose 61 Responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of electronic systems and components for power products. Create test standard requirements and specifications, and work with key stakeholders, eg factories, quality manager to ensure product quality and safety. Main responsibilities/tasks 61 Complete the hardware design of the product according to the product definition, including schematic design, PCB layout, and debugging. 61 Clearly understand the test standard requirements and create test standard specifications. During the development phase, collaborate with factories or third parties to complete product testing and verification to ensure product quality. 61 Generate mass production documents, including BOM (Bill of Materials), component placement diagrams, and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) guidance documents. 61 Analyze and propose solutions to issues encountered during trial production and mass production. 61 Proficiently operate PCB design tools to design the power products. 61 Familiar with digital circuit and analog circuit design, as well as firmware development. Proficient in C language and commonly used microcontrollers such as STM32, ARM, and FPGA. 61 Lead and manage electronic engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. 61 Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electronic systems and components, ensuring seamless integration with other departments. Ensure all materials and components meet specifications. 61 Ensure all designed and implemented systems comply with relevant regulations and standards. 61 Prepare and manage project budgets, conduct regular project reviews, and provide status updates to senior management. 61 Provide technical support and guidance to other departments, participate in recruitment, and train new team members.
