岗位职责
1. Business (20%)
- Promote Homologation services under responsibility;
- Regularly maintain, develop and expand our share in the existing clients, especially key account;
- Support Sales team to develop new client in Homologation business to achieve the order taking target;
- Collaborate with colleagues in other department and T05V S05D IC companies to promote the service;
- Collaborate with our partners to provide high quality service;
- Maintain relationships with customers especial for KA.

2. Project (50%)
- Leading and managing the project team to achieve and order sales & profit target;
- Provide the professional and satisfied service to client as the project manager and / or project engineer in the project;
- Lead project as project manager to setup the project plan, coordinate the manpower resources, track the project process and communicate with client actively and promptly in case of any potential / existing deviation from the plan;
-Control the quality of application document
- Assign the tasks to project engineers;
- Collaborate with project engineers to delivery the business smoothly;
- Follow the Quality Management Procedure.

3. Competence (30%)
- Develop and extend the personal competence and scope;
- Follow KM and QM instruction;
- Experience sharing on BL’s knowledge management basis.

任职条件
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Automotive, Electronic or Mechanical engineering.
2. have 5 years relevant automotive industrial ---testing and certification experience.
3. Business development and/or project management experience.
4. Must be fluent in speaking in English, minimum CET 4.
5. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required.
6. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit.
7. Good communication skills with clients.
