岗位概述 Position Summary

负责解决生产中工艺技术问题和简单设备问题，并记录和报告问题的解决进展。协同生产主管一起以高效，经济，安全的方式实现生产指标完成，并致力于生产效率提升，开机人员技能提高和标准化作业，配合或主导新产品的引入。

Be responsible for solving the problems of process and some equipment issues, and record & report the progress; Assist supervisors to achieve targets in a efficient, economic & safe way , and also improve the production efficiency, operators’ skill, standardization and in charge of the new product introduction.


主要职责 Main Task

1. 负责工艺参数标准化的管理，维持、保证产品质量和膜色的稳定性，以及团队的管理;

Responsible for standardized process parameters management, Maintain and ensure the quality of product and the stability of Coating color and management of the team;

2. 协助或者主导新产品导入，生产工艺的调整与开发，创新 ;

Assist or lead the new product introduction, technical process adjustment and development & innovation;

3. 主导或协助新产品,新工艺，COMPETE和FPY的项目管理 ;

Lead or assist the project management of new product & process, COMPETE & FPY;

4. 指导操作员工正确进行镀膜生产操作，使其符合生产流程、工艺和设备的要求 ;

Train the operators to run the coating production in a right way to comply with the requirements of production flow, process and equipment;

5. 负责解决及排除生产中的质量问题，并参与质量提升工作;

Responsible for investigating and solving the quality issues and improve the quality of the product;

6. 负责管理并保证镀膜机工艺记录的准确与完善;

Responsible for the accuracy of the process record and optimization;

7. 负责对工艺参数实施数据统计分析管理并负责推进工艺数字化;

Responsible for analyzing the process data and facilitate the digitalization of process;

8. 完成上级领导临时交给的工作任务。

Finish other tasks assigned by manager.



教育背景 Education Background

大学本科及以上，物理或材料或光学

Bachelor’s degree above，Material or Optical related



工作经验/经历 Work Experience

2年以上相关工作经验。熟悉光学镀膜工艺及AR coating的相关基础理论知识。有独立解决真空镀膜生产中的一般性问题的能力。

More than 3-year experience. Familiar with Coating process and technology, and strong ability of solving AR Coating issues.





专业知识/技能 Knowledge And Skill

1. 熟练操作Excel、Word、Outlook 和 PowerPoint。

Familiar with Excel、Word、Outlook and PowerPoint.

2. 具备较好英语读写及一定口语交流能力。

Good English on reading, writing and oral communication

3. 具备一定的6S，SPC，项目管理和品质管理6sigma等知识。

Familiar with 6S, SPC, Project management, quality management (6 sigma) and so on;

4. 较强的数据分析能力。

Strong ability on data analysis
