Job requirements: 1.Take resposibility for defining marketing strategy according the company's long term and short term goal, developing plans and executing projects and initiatives that implement this marketing strategy. 2.Manage and integrate R&D,Purchase,Finance and Production etc. to ensure sustainable and profitable brand growth and increasing consumer relevance in a very competitive market. 3. Work closely with sales team to ensure the excellent trade execution to generate leads and transfer to sales revenue. 4.Close cooperation with HQ in order to ensure to adapt brand strategy, portfolio management, media and e-commerce in the best possible way for the Chinese consumer and -shopper and to best of the overall band strategy. 5.Representing the Chinese consumer in all group-wide cross-departemental projects.
Work requirements: 1.Bachelor's degree or higher, with an MBA preferred. 2.Possess business acumen and extensive marketing experience, including media strategy and planning, consumer and retail research, competitive strategy and brand positioning, brand development, etc., with a strong track record in branding. 3.Solid product management and project coordination planning skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent leadership abilities. 4.Fluent in spoken and written English, excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills, marketing department operational capabilities, and continuous optimization abilities.
