Key Accountabilities: 1. Responsible for group tax filing including but not limited to data collection and analysis, return preparation and review, and response for tax bureau after-filing management. 2. Responsible for daily tax operation including but not limited to tax benefit application, cross-boarder double tax treaty application, tax registration and liquidation, and internal consulting including tax-based projects. 3. Work with other functions (i.e. legal, CA, etc.) to maintain good relationship with each level government. 4. Monitoring the tax law and regulations update, making notification and guidance to related functions and organizing internal tax training. 5. Assistance in tax related data analysis (i.e. Tax Burden Ratio, Margin and Transfer Price, etc.) and working with related functions to check for data fluctuation (if any). Based on the analysis report, assistance in working out solution to 1) improve tax efficiency; 2) alert potential tax risk; 3) accurate tax forecast or budget. 6. Assistance in tax automation system setup. 7. Assistance in daily insurance operation, including annual plan setting up, leveraging global insurance resource to meet local requirement, and supporting/coordinating for compensation (if any). Skills /Competencies: 1.Bachelor Degree required in Statistics, Financing, Accounting, or taxation. 2.3 years accounting, tax or audit related job experience required including PRC exposure with a comprehensive understanding of taxation, regulations and requirements for PRC accounting, multinational companies and big 4 experiences is preferred. 3.Smart and dare to work under pressure. Honest, matured and meticulous with high degree of accuracy and responsibility. 4.Fluent language skills (both written and verbal) in English; 5.Good analysis and problem-solving skills; Good communication skills and teamwork spirit. 6.Excellent skill in using office software, e.g. Excel, PPT, etc...
