机器学习开发工程师
岗位职责
1、智能文档处理系统开发
1) 主导构建生产级AI模型，实现图像、文本等多模态内容的高效提取与分类（如发票、合同、病历等），需具备传统模型与生成式AI（GenAI）的混合应用经验。
2) 设计并优化OCR（光学字符识别）流程，提升复杂场景（如手写体、扫描件）下的文字识别准确率，要求熟悉Tesseract、AWS Textract、Hugging Face OCR等工具链。
2、跨团队协作与产品落地
1) 深度对接业务部门与产品团队，将需求转化为技术方案，主导设计IDP（智能文档处理）系统的架构与功能模块。
2) 使用Python/PyTorch/TensorFlow开发核心算法组件，结合FastAPI/Tornado搭建高并发API服务，支持日均千万级数据处理需求。
3、DevOps与生产化部署
1) 构建自动化CI/CD流水线（Jenkins/GitLab CI），实现模型训练、测试、部署的全链路自动化，保障多环境（RHEL/Ubuntu）下的稳定性与性能调优。
2) 基于Docker/Kubernetes设计弹性伸缩方案，优化资源利用率，降低运维成本，需具备Ansible自动化部署与云原生实践经验。
4、迭代优化与问题攻坚
1) 通过A/B测试、模型监控（Prometheus/Grafana）持续优化模型效果，解决生产环境中的性能瓶颈与异常问题（如数据泄露、模型漂移）。
2) 编写自动化脚本（Shell/Python）提升工程效率，推动团队工程化实践标准化。

任职要求:
经验背景：3年以上智能文档处理（IDP）项目经验，熟悉传统模型（如CNN/RNN）与生成式AI（LLM/扩散模型）在文档理解中的应用场景。
技术栈：
编程：Python（Fluent）、SQL、Shell，熟悉正则表达式与异步编程（asyncio）。
AI框架：TensorFlow/PyTorch（深度学习）、spaCy/Hugging Face（NLP）、OpenCV（CV）。
工具链：FastAPI/Tornado（API开发）、PostgreSQL/MongoDB（数据存储）、Docker/Kubernetes（容器化）。
DevOps：Jenkins（CI/CD）、Ansible（自动化运维）、Git/GitHub（代码管理）。
操作系统：Linux（RHEL/Ubuntu）命令行操作熟练，熟悉基础网络与安全配置。
语言：英文流利，可与国外团队无障碍沟通

加分项
熟悉Azure云服务（AKS、Azure DevOps、VM），有迁移到云原生架构经验者优先。
了解分布式系统设计（如Kafka消息队列、Elasticsearch搜索引擎）。
持有云计算认证（AWS/Azure/GCP）或ML相关证书（如TensorFlow Developer Certificate）。

Principal responsibilities
61 Developers to build prod-ready models that will help with content extraction and classification from images and text-based sources.
61 Should have worked on projects related to Intelligent document processing using open source models.
61 Work with business and transformation teams to understand & formulate application specific design.
61 Collaborative with product managers, technical teams.
61 Create, test and iterate new and existing products and features.
61 Design and Build Python/ML/OCR-based components.
61 Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
61 Should be able to troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
61 Experience is preferred in Agile/DevOps areas.
