Main job responsibilities:
61 The position is responsible for developing, reviewing, maintaining, and implementing Procurement Regional-wise:
l Operational Source to Pay Procurement processes
l All Procurement relevant policies, manuals, and procedures
l An internal control framework ensuring documented compliance of content and process where relevant
l An effective and efficient training and communication program related to the above to ensure all relevant colleagues – both Procurement and stakeholders
l Digitalisation and Technology agenda along with a short term and long-term technology landscape, which is closely aligned with Integrated IT and the Procurement Leadership Team across Group and Regions
61 Drive business intelligence, incl. data analysis, reporting, powerBI dashboard and other market insights
61 Support Procurement related tools and systems implement and run smoothly
61 Support Procurement Excellence initiatives deploy and implement successfully
61 Perform eSourcing system process for RFx & Auction project in cooperation with regional category managers, country procurement managers, local buyer in Asia country
61 Conduct onsite or remote training sessions to expand the understanding of Procurement Excellence and Shared Services
61 Optimize eSourcing and Contract Management process, constantly work towards a smarter process


Qualification & Personal Attributes:
61 Fluent in Chinese & English is a must
61 2-3 years' experience from a previous position in an international Procurement department is preferred
61 Experience with Word, Excel (advanced usage), and PowerPoint, PowerBI and Visio would be a plus
61 Knowledge about Procurement Excellence and Shared Services
61 Proven strategic program management and analytical skills
61 Experience from strategic management consultancy e.g., AT Kearney, BCG, McKinsey, or Bain, will be considered as an advantage
61 Strong problem-solving skills
61 Ability to prioritize tasks
61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
61 Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships in multi-cultural environment
61 High focus on details and on-time delivery
