Position Summary: By aligning and implementing company’s growth strategy, be responsible for Data Center business in the assigned territory, achieving sales targets, establish, develop and consolidate customer/distribution relationships and improve customer experience.
Job Responsibilities: 85 Achieve Data Center sales and growth targets assigned to the territory 85 Search, develop, maintain relationship with key accounts to support growth targets and build strong foundation and reference to distribution. 85 Establish, maintain, develop and improve the territory distribution network, define market positioning and provide a good customer experience and support to end-users in the territory. 85 Identify and develop specified focus markets in territory, aligning with company’s focus market strategy and leveraging resources from division factory product support team and pricing function. Apply value selling on the key products for the target Data Center markets with sales and distribution internal functional teams. 85 Collect and feedback the market and competition update 85 Provide sales reporting at a routine and timely basis. 85 Review and manage accounts receivable to minimize risks.
Qualifications: 85 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; 85 Minimum 3 years selling experience. 85 With experience from Data Center or Electronics industry. 85 Strong learning agility, communication skill, growth mindset. 85 Self-driven and result oriented. 85 Good English reading and writing skills, excellent spoken English is preferred.
