Title: Sales manager
Working Location: Shenzhen or Guangzhou, China

Your opportunity
As the Sales manager, you will be responsible for
61 Market development & Strategy
o Conduct market research to identify opportunities, target in Oversea outbound business (Asia-pacific, Europe, etc.)
o Develop and implement localized sales strategies aligned with Club Med’s brand positioning and promotion.
61 Partnership management
o Deeply understand Club Med’s product portfolio ad communicate its unique value proposition effectively in related markets


How you will contribute
61 Drive market penetration in related regions.
o Identify and capitalize on emerging travel trends in key markets by tailoring sales strategy
o Develop new partners and resource to boost sales volume
61 Enhance partners relationship management
o Maintain long-term partnerships with travel agencies by providing exceptional support, communication and proactive issue resolution.
61 Optimize sales performance
o Identify business opportunities, analyze sales figures and apply the insight to develop sales plans and implement commercial actions to achieve sales goals

Who you are?
61 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or sales related field.
61 Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in travel/leisure industry, preferably with RSO working experience or international tourism markets/luxury hotels sales roles.
61 Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin.
