PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategy with respect to; 1)Strategic Customer / Account Management 2)Execute company product strategy (Core Product Focus) 3)Pricing Strategy management 4)Coordinated marketing team engagement regarding strategy to achieve targets 5)Ensure that the Sales Team within your respective area is well trained so that they professionally and dynamically represent company in all business dealings with clients 6)Ensure appropriate staffing of sales team 7)Lead business development in new area/new agent/new channels
2. Actively measure and manage the sales organization to ensure; 1)Establish stretched but achievable sales targets for each sales person 2)Day to Day management 3)Contract negotiation with existing and new industrial customers (NKA) 4)Actively interact and manage to ensure that sales visits are proactively well prepared, core-product target oriented and actively followed-up. 5)100% CRM Input compliance via SalesForce and relevant tools based on company requirements & group regulations 6)Ensure focus on AR Management in line with corporate policy 7)Actively leverage company Technical/Product/Training Team function as well as use of company showrooms for customer training 8)Organize regular sales management meetings with Area Sales Managers and all sales staff in the Region (NKA)
3. Carry out other duties, for which the incumbent is trained, qualified and competent, as directed by the Managing Director.
ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Maintain HSE safe practices in accordance with company corporate HSE standards. 2. Share knowledge and continually reinforce positive internal communication with colleagues throughout the teams including Sales Team, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Management. 3. Prepare reports (Sales Strategy, CSD, Mgmt/ Solution activity reports, CRM Based reports including Potential and Opportunity Ad-Hoc Account Reviews) as well as ad-hoc reports where required. 4. Lead presentations to clients on a regular monthly / quarterly basis as required. 5. Become involved in business community forums. 6. Business related travel (including China wide and to Europe) dependent on client and company requirements. 7. Conduct sales and pertinent training to team members. 8. Mentor / develop junior team members.
Qualification: 1. Generally prefer 10 years of related experience 2. Customer Development and Management 3. Key Account Management (is advantage) 4. Project Management 5. Solid Sales Strategy Development 6. Pricing Strategy 7. Strong Experience in measuring and managing sales performance and sales team 8. Basic China Distribution Knowledge & Experience (Road and Courier)
