Requirements: 61 Education: University degree or higher. 61 Experience: Minimum of 3 years in claims handling for individual life or medical 61 Qualifications: Professional certifications such as FLMI, ALHC, ACS. (preferred) 61 Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 61 Personal Attributes: Independent, self-motivated, team player, able to work under pressure. 61 Language Skills: Fluent in Cantonese, with good written English and Chinese.
Responsibilities: 61 Meet the claim service standard and turnaround time: Ensure claims are processed efficiently and within the set service standards. 61 Approve claims cases within own authority: Make recommendations to senior management for claims exceeding personal authority limits. 61 Handle enquiries and complaints: Address concerns from customers, sales force, regulatory bodies, and internal staff. 61 Manage claims inquiries from various channels: Respond to queries from agencies, brokers, banks, etc. 61 Provide administrative support: Compose claims correspondence, set up, review, and revise claims procedures, guidelines, workflows, and forms. 61 Back-up team members: Assist with teammates’ tasks when necessary.
