Key Responsibilities 1.Prospecting and Lead Generation - Identify and approach Chinese shippers involved in overseas nominated orders - Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential clients to generate new business opportunities - Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads through calling, visiting and networking - Converting leads into concrete business - Prepare specific presentations and proposals to potential clients
2.Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key persons of the customers - Understand client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
3.Strategic Account Development - Collaborate with overseas affiliates to create and execute strategic account plans - Enhance diversified development of existing strategic accounts by closed communicating with overseas partners - Present company’s global network to trigger customers’ attention. - Participate global tender which invited from the partners - Monitor and report on the performance of strategic accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
4.Market Intelligence - Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments in the logistics sector - Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and client needs Requirements: University Graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management Minimum 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics/supply chain solutions industry Strong understanding of the Chinese sales market and overseas nominated businesses Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Willingness to travel as needed to visit clients, overseas agents and attend events
Language skills: Proficiency of verbal and written in Chinese and English
