Key Responsibilities in detail
职责描述:
1.Arrange the machine operator working reasonable daily(Slitting/RDC/FB), and make sure production plan can be completely on time.
每天合理的安排设备(Slitting/RDC/FB)操作人员工作，确保生产计划能准时完成。
2. During any abnormal thing happen during production, the machine operator can solve and feedback it in time or work with other department to solve it.
产线出现异常，需要能及时解决，反馈或者协调其他部门一起解决。
3. Make sure all parts number *** pass yield can meet our target，improve yield and UPH per quarter based on demand.
确保所有产品良率达到目标，每季度根据需求改善现有良率。
4. 6S management and execute in production line，standard work execute in production line.
生产现场6S管理和执行，标准化作业。
5. Performance assessment for all machine operator.
对设备操作员进行绩效考核。
6. Assist production supervisor working and meet production KPI.
协助生产主管工作并完成生产指标。

Job Requirements
岗位要求
1.Over two years rotary machine working experience, and with over three years working experience as machine leader during Die cut field.
至少有两年以上模切行业圆刀工作经验，并且有三年以上领班经验。
2 .Good communicate skill.
具有好沟通能力。
3.Certain English reading skill.
具有一定的英文阅读能力
4. With responsibility, self-motivated, team-working spirit
