Responsibilities:
* Develop, modify, verify, and validate testing methods for electrical and electronic (E&E) products.
* Analyze test results to provide statements of conformity, opinions, and interpretations.
* Conduct document reviews and prepare comprehensive test reports for retailer projects.
* Deliver training to testers and junior reporters to enhance team capabilities.
* Assist the lab manager in effectively managing laboratory operations.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Electrical & Electronics Engineering preferred).
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
* Proficient in technical document development.
* Familiarity with North American E&E standards and regulations (e.g., luminaire, appliances, HVAC, wire & cable).
* Retailer testing experience (e.g., Home Depot, Walmart) is preferred.
* Strong English reading and writing skills, with a minimum of CET-4 certification.
