Responsibilities: Take care of order management for overseas countries- release order to factory, convey accurate technical requirement to factory and coordinate the delivery & payment & factory inspection activities Provide technical support of the product application and after-sales support Project management support to overseas countries - product installation and maintenance, and coordinate to solve quality issue, and improve project profitability Give product training to Schneider overseas office colleagues and distributors and customers Requirement: Bachelor degree (or higher) in electrical, mechanical or related major Fluent in English both oral and writing Minimum of 2 working years, with technical support or project experience for industrial product, job site experience is preferred, CAD drawing skill is preferred Good communication skills and self-motivation
