Dinova Guangzhou is the sourcing office for La Foir’Fouille, a well-known French retail chain focused on affordable home and lifestyle products.
We work closely with suppliers to develop and deliver products that meet strict quality standards for the European market.
We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Technician / QA Technician 质检专员 to join our team.
The QA Technician will be part of the Quality Team and report directly to the Quality Manager.
岗位职责 / Responsibilities
Review and analyze product specifications, samples, and supplier manufacturing processes to ensure they meet Dinova’s quality standards
Collaborate with sourcing and merchandising teams to identify quality risks and define corrective action plans
Ensure that all quality-related documentation and records are accurate and complete prior to shipment
Review shipment samples, packaging quality, and third-party inspection reports
Lead investigations and support resolution of product quality complaints from customers
Participate in supplier and factory evaluations based on their quality performance
Communicate with testing laboratories regarding technical and compliance topics
Occasional travel to factories for audits or on-site sample checks may be required
任职要求 / Requirements
English: Good written and spoken English for daily communication
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a QA role within the consumer goods industry, ideally in a buying office or sourcing environment
Mindset: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Customer Focus: Committed to product quality and end-consumer satisfaction
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Problem-Solving: Analytical thinker able to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions
Learning Attitude: Curious, motivated, and eager to grow in a fast-paced international environment
