Main responsibility: 1. Preside over cost analysis meetings, lead high-stakes negotiations, and produce comprehensive monthly reports for executive review. 2. Establish and maintain meticulous material and vendor master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic purchasing projects, conducting in-depth market intelligence gathering and rigorous business case analyses. 4. Spearhead the continuous improvement of procurement processes, focusing on efficiency optimization and risk mitigation. 5. Assume full responsibility for the drafting, execution, and management of general purchasing conditions agreements and frame contracts with suppliers. 6. Drive annual cost reduction initiatives through advanced cost analysis techniques and implementation of superior negotiation strategies. 7. Proactively identify and implement innovative material cost reduction methodologies, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance the company's bottom line. 8. Execute additional high-priority tasks and strategic projects as assigned by senior management and plant leadership. 9. Maintain unwavering commitment to ethical procurement practices and organizational policies at all times.
Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor above. 2. More than 5 years working experience in indirect procurement, MRO preferred. 3. Proficient with the Microsoft Office Excel and Word. SAP system experience is preferred. 4. Strong analysis capability. 5. Ability to complete tasks in creative and effective ways to help determine best methods and procedures on new assignments. 6. Organized, attentive to detail, proactive, adept at managing simultaneous projects. 7. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate communication between multiple departments and external suppliers. 8. Be discipline and keep the commitment. 9. Fluent in English.
