A Snapshot of Your Day
Be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and ensuring compliance with GAAP, legal requirements, and internal policies. Developing and implementing effective controlling mechanism to support business planning. Providing timely and accurate financial analysis to facilitate strategic decision-making.
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Financial planning including monthly rolling forecast and yearly budgeting towards SEL and Germany HQ.
2. Ensure that the company's financial activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, local laws and standards. Coordination of different department to achieve operation and financial efficiency.
3. Review company's financial statements to ensure data transparency and present findings or recommendations to the management.
4. Conduct financial analysis and develop process improvements to enhance business performance.
5. Ensure Risk and Internal Control system and other internal control related topic run efficiency at company level. ( RIC, CCF, SOA, Risk reporting etc)
6. Support annual audit in the fiscal year of China and Germany. Coordination with internal and external auditor
7. Use and maintained financial accounting module in SAP system and also ensure correct handing of financial data in other module.
8. Being business partner, share related expertise and experience with other departments to achieve strategic objective.
9. Team development.
What You Bring
61 Bachelor's degree (or above) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
61 At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with 3 years+ team management experience, preferably with basic knowledge of SAP.
61 Strong analytical thinking and ethical.
61 Advanced proficiency in Excel and digital tools (e.g. Alteryx, Power BI.).
61 Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
61 Decisive, can move forward in ambiguity.
61 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
61 Fluent English in speaking.
