Responsibilities
1 Lead and govern end-to-end design and implementation of system integration solutions that align with project objectives.
2 Oversee integration journeys on internal, external and partners using APIs and other integration mechanism and ensure scalable and robust connectivity between application systems.
3 Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization across the applications, infrastructure and cloud architecture.
4 Participate in architecture assessment and review architecture design.
5 Define and enforce API standards and governance and best practices across the architecture and drive adoption.
6 Lead legacy system modernization through API transformation.
7 Ensure the architecture design is aligned with the banking workflows and operational requirements.
8 Previous experience working for application development / implementation for retailed and wholesales banking services will be more preferable
Requirements
1 University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information System, Computer Science or related discipline is preferred.
2 Minimum 10 years’ work experience in IT, with at least a few years in architecture roles, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
3 Analytical thinking to address complex architectural challenges.
4 Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
5 Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with various teams.
6 Strong communication and report writing skills
7 Self-motivated, detail-oriented, mature, independent with excellent decision-making skills and conflict management skills
8 Good team player and able to work under pressure and tight schedules
