Purpose of position:
All supplier sourcing of all direct material, price negotiation, and order follow up of initial series.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead sourcing, audit the supplier of all direct materials and establish the list of conform supplier.
2. Compare and analyze the supply condition and price, try to have the most favorable price and condition for company.
3. Diffuse the market analyses in order to expose the opportunities, risks to the team
4. Define with buyers the cost targets for the components of new products and pilot the cost reduction
5. Lead to draft up and sign supply contract and relevant agreement with all direct supplier.
6. Manage the relation between supplier and MM development team
7. Coordinates with cross-functional team in the selection of suppliers in the product development cycle
8. Control the technical points of cost analyses and value analyze, identify the best solutions according to the Design
9. Become sensitive to the prevention of the Security and Environment risks, pay attention to respect the rules and commands defined
10. Work with the Global Procurement management and strategic supply china management
11. Plan and measure site activities related to the timely and cost effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of purchasing materials
12. Strictly follow IATF16949 requirements
13. Complete work task delegated by higher leader.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or above, major in electronics or relevant, familiar with specifications of electronics components.
2. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Manufacturing Company in Purchasing
3. Familiar with purchasing process
4. Familiar with supplier market and technologies relative to the managed business
5. Knowledge and skills about IATF16949
6. Familiar with PC operation and Office Software operation
7. Professional behavior, good communication and negotiation skill.
8. Good interpersonal skills, strong business sense and team player
9. Good command of English
