职位描述
工作职责:
1) Overall responsibilities, 所有职责:
- Deploy the TLD China business plan among customers in the assigned areas. 在指定区域的客户中部署TLD中国业务计划。
- Fulfil yearly targets as defined by the direct supervisor, in terms of market share, pricing, margin, lead time and payment conditions. 完成直接主管制定的年度目标,包括市场份额、价格、利润、交货期和付款条件。
2) Customer management, 客户管理:
- Maintain the relationship with current customers and systematically explore new customers and markets. 维护现有客户关系,系统开发新客户和市场。
- Prepare offers to customers and coordinate with factories to check lead times. 准备报价给客户,并与工厂协调检查交货期。
- Follow and monitor payments upon acceptance and the timely repayment. 跟踪和监控付款验收和及时还款。
3) Marketing, 市场营销:
- Market intelligence: Report regularly on all customer visits and activities, competitors, industry and market information, with a view to increasing market share. 市场情报:定期报告所有客户访问和活动、竞争对手、行业和市场信息,以提高市场份额。
4) Monitoring, reporting and budgeting, 监控、报告和预算:
- Report all sales through SFR module on a timely basis. 通过SFR模块及时报告所有销售情况。
- Prepare sales and margin cost analysis. 准备销售和利润成本分析。
-Manage and optimize the expense budget in the best interest of TLD. 在TLD的***利益下管理和优化费用预算。
-Analyse results and take corrective actions when necessary. Report, analyze and explain whenever a business is lost. 分析结果并在必要时采取纠正措施。报告,分析和解释业务损失。
-Carry out 6-month rolling sales forecast on a monthly basis. Make sure monthly sales budgets, booking and invoicing are achieved. 每月进行6个月的滚动销售预测。确保每月的销售预算,预订和发票的完成。
5) Field responsibilities, 现场职责:
-Organize and take part to the technical reception at the factory together with the product engineers. 与产品工程师一起组织并参加在工厂的技术接待。
-Plan and organize on-site technical reception of equipment delivered with after-sales service. 计划和组织售后服务交付设备的现场技术接待。
-Plan, coordinate and/or carry out on-site technical training to customer and to TLD agents as necessary. 根据需要,计划、协调和/或对客户和TLD代理商进行现场技术培训。
-Monitor and coordinate the actual provision of customer service. 监督和协调实际提供的客户服务。
6)Sales network responsibilities, 销售网络职责:
-Communicate with other sales entities, cooperate and coordinate the follow-up of global customers. 与其他销售实体沟通,配合协调全球客户的跟进。

任职资格:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred Engineering background. 本科及以上学历,工程背景优先。
2. More than 5 Years technical sales working experience. MNC is preferred. Aviation Industries/GSE Experience is plus. 5年及以上技术销售工作经验,跨国公司背景优先。有航空工业/GSE经验者更佳。
3. Proficient in MS-office, skilled in CRM, ERP will be an advantage. Good computer skills with experience in MS office. 熟练使用MS-office软件,熟练使用CRM、ERP软件者优先。良好的电脑操作能力,熟悉微软办公软件。
4. Good English skill is a must. 有良好的英语能力。
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good at dealing with business of Stated Owned Enterprises. Work independently and good commercial sense. 有良好的人际交往和沟通能力,善于处理国有企业业务。能够独立完成工作,拥有良好的商业意识。
