Major tasks and responsibilities of position (max. 8 key topics):
1. Assist technical lab of AD Center in Guangzhou plant, but also understand labs scope at APAC level with difference BE in site (e.g. SF or EP).
2. Generate the technical data for new product promoting to markets (e.g. TDS or additional technical information), especially focus on parameter setting in TDS, product characterization, specification drafting.
3. Assist Technical lab of AD Center in technical and safety relevant subjects and cooperate with colleagues locating in *** Japan and India.
4. In charge of instruments SOP optimization and establishment (e.g. audit of machine calibration).
5. Contact window of BD/RD to come out the information of new materials properties more closing to customers, but also support Sr. Technical Specalist and production to analysis or assist for the customer complaint.
6. Interfacing directly with customers if needed for molding trial, and providing timely results to assure the quality of products shipped to customers.
7. Works together with production, product management. Assists Head of Innovation TPU APAC to manage day to day business.
8. Participate pilot line of compounding trial to confirm material properties and equipment settlement with Production & Technical team in advance.
Value added to the success of the company:
1.Assist management of Technical lab of AD Center in Guangzhou plant.
2. Take care compounding trial in Guangzhou plant for project development and business growth, but also assist ZHH site for any machinery relevant subjects.
3. Work together with production, product management.
4. Support business development with sales team in several region, such as ***, China and Vietnam.
5. With good ability of project execution.

Qualifications: Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success in this position:
61 Bachelor or master degree in Polymer or closely related with excellence working experience in plastic.
61 Ability to analyze, review and summarize data in an effective manner.
61 Basic computer (e.g. MS Office and lab-specific software) skills.
61 Good technical and interpersonal communication skills.
61 Fluency in English is more prefer.
61 Ability to maintain a safe work environment and follow safe work practices (e.g. with polymer).
61 Minimum 1 year working experience in plastic industry and well skill of machine operation.
