1.Implement instructional activities where students are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences
2.Identify, select, and differentiate instructional resources to meet the needs of the students with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs
3.Plan and implement opportunities for students to engage in digital learning and develop digital competencies
4.Demonstrate best practises in facilitating contemporary pedagogies as part of the teaching and learning program
5.Play a part in developing school curriculum as appropriate to the role
6.Provide a positive environment in which students are encouraged to be actively engaged in the learning process.
7.Observe and evaluate each student’s performance and development, and provide appropriate feedback on student work in a timely manor
8.Assess, track and report on the learning of students
9.Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with students, parents, and other professionals on a regular basis
10.Collaborate with peers to enhance the instructional environment
11.Model professional and ethical standards when dealing with students, parents, peers and community

Other Duties

3.Actively participate in all school events and activities of the school as required

5.Take reasonable care of your own health and safety, and that of others, follow any reasonable instruction given by the school, and report and concern(s) which may give rise to danger, and/or any injury which may occur in the workplace
6.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior leaders of the school

Requirement：
1.A master’s degree in General Science or a related field involving significant science content is required.
2.High proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
3.A minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in the field of General Science is required.
4.PRC teaching certificate or equivalent qualifications required
5.Experience teaching General Science in an international school or international department of a private or public school in China is highly valued.
