Job Summary:
This job is responsible for quality compliance in Oral Care Plant following Quality Standards to ensure the integrity of CP products.

Major Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the Quality Continuous Improvement and Corrective Actions within the HP Plant. This will be accomplished through Internal Audits and adherence to CP Quality Standards & GMP Compliance。按照质量审核和高露洁质量标准持续推进车间的质量改善。
2.OLQ program’s implementation & monitoring; 确保在线质量控制的实施和监控。
3.Building shopfloor quality mindset through quality training/sharing; 通过组织质量培训/分享，提高车间的质量意识。
4.Day-to-day shop floor troubleshooting (RCA) and make corrective actions & preventive actions, ensure completion & communication timely and effectively; 负责质量异常事件的根因调查，制定纠正预防措施，并确保及时完成和沟通。
5.Customer and Consumer Complaints; 负责客户和消费者投诉的原因调查和改善跟进。
6.Set up the shopfloor annual validation master plan and monitor the progress; 建立车间的年度验证计划，并监督其实施过程。
Responsible for performance qualifications and equipment validations 负责产品验证和设备验证。
7.Ensure that Technology Transfer and Management of Change is properly followed within the plant for new products, Raw Materials and Packaging Materials; 确保当有新产品、新原料/包材时，车间的技术传递和变更管理符合流程。
8.Responsible for developing documentation or tools to improve quality in plant; 负责制定辅助流程文件或引入新工具（如数字化工具）来提升现场质量管理。
9.Support Experimental Manufacturing Orders (EMO) with Engineering, GSC, R&D, Operations, Lab, and Quality; 协助工程部、供应链、研发、运作、实验室支持车间试产测试，确保质量环节符合标准。
10.As a linkage between central quality and shop floor production, responsible for conveying, communicating and document quality requirements and results with production people in a timely and effective manner. Monitoring KPIs and pushing for continuous improvements. 作为质量部和车间的沟通桥梁，负责及时并有效地传达质量要求和生产情况，协助车间质量KPI的监督和持续改善。
11.Support and conduct plant FP&R and EHS related requirements.

Required qualifications:
Education/ Experience:
1.Bachelor or above degree in Science and Engineering (Chemistry, Chemical Machinery, etc.) or related background。本科以上，理工科专业。
2. 3 & above years quality experience

Key competencies:
1.Excellent communication skills & coaching skills
2.Skillful in the operation of analytical instruments
3.English read and writing skill. 英语读写能力优先。
4. Good computer skills and supervisory skills
