Solventum Purification & Filtration business
We are pleased to announce that Solventum has entered into a definitive agreement to sell our Purification & Filtration business to Thermo Fisher Scientific. This transaction is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, receipt of regulatory approvals, and country specific information and consultation needs where required. This is a significant milestone for the P&F business and will allow for the strategic investment and resources needed for sustaining growth and delivering customer solutions. The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

● Leads SAP PLAN work stream deployment activities in GZ P&F, including process mapping, data migration, testing scenarios, super user training, cutover and hypercare
● Manages plant production plan & material plan to drive On Time In Full supply chain delivery performance
● Manages supply chain product flows from procurement through distribution to support customer requirements.
● Schedules procurement, manufacturing, and distribution for a specified group of products typically high volume/high value products.
● Analyzes material flow parameters such as order quantity, lot size, make cycle frequency, replenishment interval, and sets these levels to support the business/customer requirements.
● Determines raw material, semi-finished and finished goods inventory buffer quantities and actively manages these to optimize business investment.
● Monitors and reports capacity requirements, special order and stock service levels.
● Proactivvely identifies supply chain risks to avoid material shortages, leads emergency response to any supply gaps
● Put forward scenarios and measures for the projects and tasks that supply chain team is responsible for and use lean tools to complete flexibility and efficiency improvements
● Continuously works to improve the planning and scheduling process.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree or above in industrial management
● 5-8 years planning experience in manufacturing environment
● 3-5 SAP (SAP S4 HANA is plus) planning experience is a MUST
● Excellent skills in data modeling and data analysis
● Team player, good communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders
● Solutions oriented and decision-making abilities
● Fluent in oral and writing English is needed
● CSCP or CPIM certificates is preferred
