Job Description 1. Lead the marketing team to provide market insights, analyze market trends and brand status, and support the development and promotion direction of the company's overall brand strategy. Draft and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual promotional plans for the company brand, and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities. 2. Build the company's brand content matrix, procure and manage media promotion resources and advertising services, enhance the brand's presence and exposure on platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Zhihu, Douyin, and Bilibili, increase fan engagement and loyalty, and drive traffic to e-commerce platforms to boost sales conversion. 3. Integrate internal and external resources, optimize resource allocation for new product launches, daily operations, and major platform promotions at different stages, and improve the return on investment. 4. Manage the progress, budget, and quality of the company's overall brand marketing planning and each work process; handle the department's daily administrative tasks, including but not limited to personnel division, recruitment, assessment, and performance management.
Qualifications 1. Excellent business English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 2. Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university, majoring in marketing, business administration, advertising, journalism, or related fields, with six or more years of marketing experience. Team management experience is preferred. 3. Proficient in using data analysis tools, familiar with promotional strategies on major e-commerce platforms and new media channels, and possess an innovative spirit. 4. Possess brand thinking and extensive marketing experience, with excellent market insight and analytical skills. 5. Clear logical thinking, strong ability to integrate resources, coordinate execution, communicate effectively, and plan and review strategies.
