1. Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and distributors. 3. Collaborate with vendors and distributors to discuss and negotiate quotations based on maintenance contract details and input from the Service Sales team. 4. Partner with cross-functional teams, including the group purchasing department and engineering team, to enhance proprietary tools and systems. 5. Prepare and generate necessary items for contract renewal based on vendor quotations and Service Sales team input. 6. Input contract cost elements and related information into the system for quotation generation.
Required skills and qualifications 1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the equipment maintenance service 2. Proven experience on vendor / distributors’ management 3. Strong sales & negotiation skills 4. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal 5. Ability to understand customer needs 6. Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset 7. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders 8. Good organizational skill and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
