Key responsibilities: - Accountable for sales revenue and contribution margin for assigned territory and/or product. - Manage and grow customers, generate sales revenue from the territory and/or product. - Develop the selling/marketing strategy for the region/territory/product, including promotional and brand awareness development. - Identify, develop and manage selling resources, customers and channels in the region/territory. Pricing management and territory discipline within the region. - Internal support and resource alignment. - Regional sales forecast by product. - Manage and resolve customer complaints. - Other related work assigned by manager and the company from time to time.
Qualifications: - Above 3 years of work experience in building materials. 建筑材料行业直销经验3年以上 - Ability to build a strong selling channel. - Strong influencing ability to coordinate and align cross-functional resources to achieve the target of annual sales revenue, gross margin. - Coordinate effectively with different teams/segments to avoid possible conflict to maximize OC's benefit - College diploma or above. - Excellent selling skills, interaction skills and communication skills. - Excellent planning and organizing skills. - Be adaptable for business travel frequently.
