Major Responsibilities and Objectives: 1、Supervise, coordinate and prepare timely reports in accordance with statutory and head office’s requirements. 2、Coordinate the team to support project development, providing financial support and advice. 3、Coordinate the finance team to ensure efficient team operations. 4、Develop and monitor financial budgets to ensure the achievement of the company's financial goals. 5、Review work of subordinate staff for accuracy and completeness.
Major Tasks & Activities: 1、Prepare and review monthly and annual management related reports and reports prepared by subordinates. 2、Coordinate, prepare and review the monthly forecast, quarterly forecast, annual budgeting, and any other reports as required by the head office in a timely manner. 3、Support the feasibility studies of new project to ensure accurate financial decision. 4、Carry out ad hoc duties on necessary basis. 5、Lead the enhancement on workflows.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements 1、Bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent major with formal accounting training at a Technical Institute. 2、Intermediate accounting certificate must have. ACCA/CPA preferred. 3、With minimum 5 -year experiences in FP&A role. 4、Good PC knowledge including MS WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT. 5、Knowledge of JDE/Hyperion will be a plus. 6、Good interpersonal skills and team working spirit. 7、Proven team management experience, capable of effectively leading and motivating team members. 8、Working experience in property development industry or real estate project development experience is a plus.
