Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic store manager who is passionate about fashion and retail;

Key Responsibilities:
STAFFING: Search and hiring a team which allows the store to achieve the business volume and guarantee at the same time flexibility with a healthy relation between full time and part time staff. Design and execute a PT scouting program;
员工配置：搜索并招聘店铺团队，既能保证店铺业务量，同时保证全职和兼职员工之间的健康关系的灵活性，设计并执行兼职员工的管理计划。
OPERATION: Assure the implementation of company's standards, process and procedure supported by policies and handbooks;
运营：在公司政策和手册的支持下，确保公司标准，流程和程序的执行；
SALES: Define action plan and supervise the execution to reaching the turnover targets;
销售：制定销售计划与方案，并监督执行以达成销售目标；
TRAINING: Create training materials and delivery to the team aligned with Subdued's attitude;
培训：制作培训资料，并根据品牌Subdued的风格传递给团队；
COMMUNITY: Establishment of a community around the flagship store thanks to store activation events and staff engagement with customers;
团体：通过店铺活动以及员工与顾客的互动，围绕旗舰店建立良好的团体关系。
CRM: Activate CRM strategies in order to expand the business volume and brand loyalty;
客户关系管理：激活客户关系管理策略，以扩大业务量和品牌忠诚度；
DIGITAL: Supervise the shop digital channel to be aligned with brand DNA, assure the engagement with community and increase brand awareness through actions in collaboration with marketing team;
数字营销：指导店铺的数字营销渠道与品牌DNA保持一致，确保与团体互动，并通过与市场团队的合作提高品牌知名度；
PRODUCT: Implement a feedback process to design a merchandising team providing info about the product, trends, customers feedback in order to define the best offer for the store and market in general;
商品：实施一个反馈流程，并设计一个商品团队，提供有关商品，趋势，顾客反馈的信息，以便为店铺和市场团队确定良好的方案；
BUYING: Participating in buying session providing inputs about the
potential per categories and pricing optimization;
采购：参与采购环节，提供潜在的品类投入和价格优化方面的意见；

Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Experience in retail Store manager role;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks;
English language is strongly preferred;
良好的沟通和人际交往能力；
具备零售行业店长的相关经验；
能够在快节奏的环境中工作并处理多项任务；
英语能力优先考虑；
