Core Responsibilities:
1.Product Design & Optimization:
(1) Lead the technical design and iteration of smart kitchen appliances (e.g., smart ovens, energy-efficient cookware) and high-end kitchenware (stainless steel/ceramic products), focusing on mainstream European market demands (e.g., large capacity, multi-function integration, eco-friendly material application).
(2) Optimize product performance (e.g., heat conduction efficiency, impact-resistant coating technology) in compliance with EU regulations (e.g., EN 12983-2:2023, LFGB food contact safety standards).

2.Supply Chain Technical Support:
(1) Liaise with Chinese domestic OEM factories (accounting for >70% of production), review manufacturing processes (e.g., aluminum surface treatment, bamboo material eco-processing), and drive technical upgrades to reduce production costs by over 15%.
(2) Develop technical standards for domestic OEM factories (e.g., smart oven assembly manuals) to ensure compliance with EU certifications (CE, RoHS, REACH), improving product qualification rates to 95%.

3.Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Market Response:
(1) Work closely with European market teams to analyze customized client requirements (e.g., corrosion resistance for German high-end clients) and deliver technical solutions.
(2) Analyze European market trends (e.g., Nordic preference for eco-materials, Southern European demand for large-capacity cooking equipment) and lead new product initiatives (e.g., launching 3 smart oven models in 2025).

4.Compliance & Quality Management:
(1) Lead product certification for key EU standards (e.g., EN 12983 thermal shock testing, SVHC substance screening), establishing compliance records for domestic material supply chains.
(2) Build a quality evaluation system to monitor domestic OEM production processes (e.g., corrosion testing for food-contact coatings), ensuring technical parameters meet European standards.


Requirements:
1.Core Experience:
(1) 5+ years of R&D experience in home appliances, specializing in smart kitchen appliances (ovens, cookware) or high-end kitchenware, with proven experience in European market product launches.
(2) Familiarity with mainstream EU technical standards (EN 12983, LFGB, CE), with at least 1 core technical expertise (hardware design/material R&D/process optimization).

2.Technical Competencies:
(1) Hardware & Materials:02Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Altium Designer) or experience in eco-material R&D (biodegradable plastics, ceramic coatings).
(2) Manufacturing Processes:02Experience in domestic OEM factory technical docking, capable of leading automation equipment introduction (e.g., smart welding robots) or production process optimization for Chinese factories.
(3) Compliance & Certification:02Knowledge of EU certification processes (e.g., CE technical documentation preparation, third-party testing collaboration), with experience navigating domestic supply chain compliance.

3.Soft Skills & Language:
(1) Native-level Chinese and business-level English (fluent in speaking, writing, and cross-cultural communication), enabling effective collaboration with European teams (e.g., participating in technical workshops, drafting compliance reports).
(2) Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills and the ability to work independently in a lean team environment, driving initiatives with minimal supervision.
